Terms of Use and Privacy / Data Protection Notice

Welcome to FastSkill. This document explains the rules for using FastSkill ("the Platform", "we") and how your personal data is processed. By signing up or using the Platform, you accept these terms.

1. What FastSkill is

FastSkill is a marketplace for agentic AI "skills". It lets you preview a skill's sample output before installing it. Skill content and sample outputs are representative; real results are produced when you run a skill on your own data.

2. Account and sign-in

Browsing is free and requires no account. Downloading and some features require email sign-up. Sign-in uses a passwordless "magic link" (sent to your email) or, if you choose, LinkedIn.

3. Data we collect

  • Your email address — to create your account, sign you in, and grant download access.
  • If you choose LinkedIn sign-in — your name, email, and profile photo from LinkedIn, with your explicit consent.
  • Social-share verification — when you unlock access by sharing a post, we only verify that your public post links back to the Platform.
  • Basic usage data — minimal technical records (e.g., download counts) needed to operate the service.

We do not collect sensitive financial or identity data such as card numbers, government IDs, or passwords.

4. How we use your data

  • To create your account and manage sign-in and download entitlement,
  • To send product and feature announcements, newsletters, and important notices,
  • To inform you about community and product-promotion events (launches, invitations, campaigns, webinars, etc.),
  • To keep the service secure and functional and to prevent abuse.

By signing up you consent to these communications. You can opt out from any email in one click, or request deletion at any time.

5. Who we share your data with

Your email and personal data are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties. Your data may only be processed by the infrastructure providers we use to run the service (e.g., email delivery, hosting, authentication), on our behalf and under our instructions. No data is transferred to any party for their own marketing.

6. Your data-protection rights

Under applicable data-protection law (including Turkey's KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent. 7. Content and intellectual property

Showcase sample outputs are promotional and representative. The content of published skills belongs to their respective creators and the stated license. The FastSkill brand, design, and software belong to FastSkill and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". FastSkill makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output. Your use of skills and their outputs is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastSkill and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; for material changes we will try to notify you.
