What it does
Team Ops is an automator skill that runs two distinct operations jobs in a single session.
1) Team Performance Audit (Elon Algorithm). It takes role descriptions, OKRs/KPIs and measurable output data and pushes the org through Musk's 5-step algorithm — order matters: (1) Question every requirement — does each responsibility trace to a real name and rationale; (2) Delete — strip redundant roles, processes and handoffs (if you don't add back at least 10%, you didn't delete enough); (3) Simplify/optimize — avoid optimizing a thing that shouldn't exist; (4) Accelerate cycle time; (5) Automate — only after the first four. Each person is scored on four axes: velocity, quality, independence, initiative. The result becomes an A/B/C stack rank plus per-person promote / coach / exit actions, with org-level redundancy, bottleneck and automation flags.
2) Meeting Intelligence. From transcripts it extracts decisions (who + context), owner-and-deadline action items, open questions, key insights, needed follow-up meetings and implicit commitments — each with a confidence score — and can push them to HubSpot as tasks.
When to use
- Evaluating a team against OKRs/KPIs with a structured framework
- Separating A/B/C players to decide promote/coach/exit
- Hunting redundant roles, bottlenecks and automation opportunities
- Turning meeting notes into an owner+deadline follow-up list
- Batch-processing multiple meeting recordings at once
Method / frameworks
- Musk 5-Step Algorithm — question / delete / simplify / accelerate / automate.
- A/B/C stack-ranking — performance-distribution management model.
- OKR ↔ KPI split — aligning vision goals (OKR) with tactical benchmarks (KPI).
- 4-axis scoring — velocity, quality, independence, initiative.
- Confidence-scored extraction — flagging uncertainty in meeting action items.
