About the skill

What it does

It takes a raw objection heard in a sales conversation and converts it into an evidence-based rebuttal script the rep can read verbatim. First it classifies the objection into a six-type root-objection taxonomy (Price/Budget, No-need/Urgency, Trust/Risk, Authority/Process, Timing/Delay, Competitor/Status quo) and runs the Objection vs. Condition test: is this a persuadable concern or a genuine buying blocker (budget, authority or need really absent)? The distinction is critical — applying sales pressure to a "condition" burns trust; the right move is "qualify and defer."

Once the type is set, the script is built as a 5-step conversation flow over the LAARC cycle (Listen → Acknowledge → Assess → Respond → Confirm). The lead framework is selected by objection type: Reframe/Anchoring + TCO/ROI for price, SPIN (Implication questions) for low urgency, Feel-Felt-Found (with social proof) for trust, MEDDIC (bridge to the Economic buyer) for authority. In an export context a price objection often stems from a mismatched Incoterms comparison; the skill aligns delivery terms (EXW vs CIF/DDP) and payment terms before negotiating.

When to use it

When an objection comes up, or to rehearse before one: "the customer says it's expensive, what do I say", "they buy from a competitor, how do I respond", "they found the RFQ price high", "I can't reach the decision-maker". Built for B2B/export sales reps, foreign-trade/RFQ managers and sales managers.

Method / frameworks

Every generated script is scored on a 5-dimension rubric — 0-100 Persuasion Robustness — before it ships: root-objection accuracy (30), evidence strength (25), empathy/listening step (15), progression clarity (15), absence of the discount reflex (15). ≥80 "Field-ready", 60-79 "Strengthen", <60 "Rebuild". Cited evidence is mandatory — if no reference exists the skill does not fabricate one, it records it in gaps. Discounting is flagged as a last resort because it erodes both margin and perceived value. Named canon: SPIN Selling (Rackham), LAARC/LAER, Sandler (objection-vs-condition), MEDDIC, Feel-Felt-Found, Anchoring/Reframing (Kahneman-Tversky), Incoterms 2020 (ICC).

How do I use this skill?

You don't "run" a skill — after installing it you just tell the agent your task (e.g. ask for the relevant job), and the skill kicks in by itself when its description matches.

Upload the satis-itiraz-karsilama-senaryosu.zip you downloaded as-is — no packaging needed, the format is already correct (folder at root).

  1. Open Settings → Customize → Skills
  2. Upload → select the satis-itiraz-karsilama-senaryosu.zip you downloaded
  3. Claude reads SKILL.md; the name + description appear. Ready ✅
