What it does
Produces the B2B sales collateral that reps actually use — pitch decks, one-pagers / leave-behinds, objection-handling docs, demo scripts & talk tracks, deal-specific ROI calculators, sales playbooks, buyer persona cards, and proposal templates. The output is not a generic draft; it is a retrievable asset tailored to buyer type, deal stage, and use case.
Production rests on four core principles: (1) Sales uses what sales trusts — it speaks the rep's language, not marketing's; (2) Situation-specific, not generic — a deck for a CTO differs from one for a VP of Sales; (3) Scannable over comprehensive — if a rep can't find the answer in 3 seconds mid-call, the doc has failed; (4) Tie back to business outcomes — "cut reporting time by 80%" instead of "AI-powered analytics". Every feature connects to a revenue, efficiency, or risk-reduction outcome.

- 10-12 slide story-arc deck: Problem → Cost → Market shift → Approach → Walkthrough → Proof → Case → Implementation → ROI → Pricing → CTA.
- Buyer-type customization matrix: emphasize/de-emphasize per technical / economic / champion buyer.
- 5-step objection framework: statement → real concern → approach → proof point → follow-up question, in both quick-reference table and detailed talk-track format.
- ROI calculator: inputs (current metrics) → formula (value) → outputs (annual ROI %, payback months, 3-year value).
- MEDDIC / BANT qualification and persona-based value-prop ladders embedded in the playbook.
- Demo script structure: Opening → Discovery recap → Solution walkthrough → Interaction points → Close, with minute-level timing.
