About the skill

Company: Promise × Reality Analyst

Places what a company (a supplier, competitor, prospect, or potential partner) promises side by side with what it actually delivers, backed by evidence. It extracts the explicit promises on the company's website (years of experience, team size, speed, guarantees, certifications, references); then it gathers third-party reality by scanning news, press, the references the company cites, complaint/reputation signals, and employees' LinkedIn profiles (real team size, seniority, expertise).

When to use it: before working with a supplier, in a competitor audit, for a quick evidence scan ahead of due diligence, or whenever you're asking "is this company as good as it claims?"

How it works: It triangulates each promise against independent sources and scores it on a four-tier scale — ✅ Verified, 🟡 Partial, 🔴 Contradicted, ⚪ No evidence. It doesn't conflate costly signals (ISO, public tenders, patents) with cheap talk ("we're the industry leader"). The company's own site doesn't count as evidence; nothing is fabricated, and where there's no evidence it explicitly says "no evidence."

Output: A source-attributed, plain-English Markdown report — summary, sector context, promise × reality matrix, red flags, and a 0-100 credibility score (with a confidence level). Once the report is done, a visual HTML deck can optionally be generated. The result is decision-support, not a legal verdict.

How do I use this skill?

You don't "run" a skill — after installing it you just tell the agent your task (e.g. ask for the relevant job), and the skill kicks in by itself when its description matches.

Upload the firma-vaad-gerceklik-analisti.zip you downloaded as-is — no packaging needed, the format is already correct (folder at root).

  1. Open Settings → Customize → Skills
  2. Upload → select the firma-vaad-gerceklik-analisti.zip you downloaded
  3. Claude reads SKILL.md; the name + description appear. Ready ✅
