What it does
From a topic or a slide brief, it builds a complete presentation/pitch deck where every slide shares one consistent visual style. On the content side it works in two layers: first it sets the narrative skeleton (Guy Kawasaki's 10/20/30 rule — 10 slides, 20 minutes, 30pt minimum font — and a problem→solution→opportunity→proof→team→ask narrative arc), then it normalizes each slide into title + core message + visual cue. Given only a topic, it derives a standard 10-14 slide structure itself; given a markdown spec, it maps each section one-to-one to a slide.
On the visual side, a single style system (color, typography, spacing, icon language) is applied across the whole deck — 6 ready presets (whiteboard, corporate, minimalist, dark-tech, playful, editorial) or a free-form style description. For each slide it writes a slide-specific image prompt renderable via Imagen 4.0; aspect ratios 16:9/1:1/9:16 are supported. Output is a slide-by-slide deck plan plus image prompts and a production/quality checklist; individual slides can be regenerated for iteration.
When to use it
- Investor pitch decks (seed/Series A) when the 10-slide discipline is needed to distill the essence.
- Sales demos, product launches, internal training, or conference talks needing consistent, professional visuals.
- You have scattered notes/markdown and want to turn them into a presentable narrative.
- Brand consistency matters: all slides must speak one visual language.
Method / frameworks
- Kawasaki 10/20/30 — slide-count, time, and legibility discipline; cuts fluff, distills the message.
- Narrative arc — problem→solution→opportunity→proof→ask flow instead of disconnected slides.
- Story spine / single visual system — one consistent system for color, typography, spacing, and icons.
- Slide-specific image-prompt engineering — translating each slide's message into a visual cue for Imagen 4.0, demo-first ("1 min of demo = 10 slides of features").
