Counterparty Archetype Profiler
Turns scattered behavioral signals about a counterparty (a boss, prospect, partner, negotiation counterpart, or team member) into a structured psychological profile. It takes observation-based signals as input (past reactions, behavior under pressure, expressions of appreciation/value, communication style, past decisions) and produces: a Big Five (OCEAN) probability distribution, an attachment-style distribution (secure / anxious / avoidant / disorganized), a Schwartz values map, dark triad signals, and a 5-axis bias profile (loss aversion, reactance, sunk cost, status anxiety, time discount). Every claim is tied back to its relevant signal via an evidence log.
When to use it: ahead of negotiation prep, sales prospect profiling, HR conflict resolution, partnership due diligence, team-dynamics analysis, or executive coaching—whenever you want a reasoned prediction of the counterparty's likely moves.
Output: a Turkish Markdown profile report carrying a confidence score that depends on the number of signals (tentative / moderate / confident)—archetype distribution tables, a bias profile, the 4-7 most likely behavior patterns, and an evidence log.
Safety rule: locking in an archetype from a single signal is forbidden; in particular, a psychopathy claim is never used without at least 3 independent signals. The result is not a diagnosis but probability-based decision support.
