What it does
conversion-ops is a two-engine conversion rate optimization (CRO) scorer that grades a landing page on structural audit rather than guesswork.
The CRO Audit engine fetches the page and scores it 0–100 across 8 conversion dimensions: (1) Headline Clarity — is the value prop obvious in under 5 seconds, (2) CTA Visibility — is the button above the fold, contrasting, prominent, (3) Social Proof — testimonials, logo bars, case studies, numbers, (4) Urgency — scarcity, deadlines, limited offers, (5) Trust Signals — security badges, guarantees, privacy, certifications, (6) Form Friction — field count and intimidation, (7) Mobile Responsiveness — viewport meta, responsive patterns, touch targets, (8) Page Speed — image optimization, script count, resource size. A weighted average yields an overall CRO score and an A+ → F letter grade. Output includes per-dimension findings, an impact-ranked fix list, before/after suggestions, and an industry benchmark comparison.
The Survey → Lead Magnet engine clusters survey respondents by pain point, ranks segments by size and commercial potential, and generates a lead magnet brief per top segment — title, format (guide/checklist/template/calculator), hook, a 5–7 section content outline, target CTA, and viral + conversion potential scores.

Method / frameworks
The 8-dimension weighted scorecard rests on the four core questions of CRO audit practice: Clarity (does the headline say what the page is for in 5s), Relevance (does the message match the traffic source), Trust (enough social proof + guarantees), Conversion (is the primary CTA visible and frictionless). Benchmarks are anchored to industry medians (e.g. SaaS landing median ~3.8%, ecommerce ~2%, finance ~8.4%). Fixes are prioritized by impact potential, referencing high-leverage rules such as cutting form fields from 11 to 4 lifting conversion ~160%, and above-the-fold CTA paired with nearby social proof.
