What it does

This skill produces B2B cold outbound emails that get replies — not template fill-ins, but copy that reads like it came from a sharp colleague. It takes five context inputs (recipient, desired outcome, value prop, proof, research signal) and produces: a personalized first touch (subject + opener + body + single CTA) and a 3-5 email multi-touch follow-up sequence (each email a fresh angle + a breakup email). Core principles: write like a peer, not a vendor; every sentence must earn its place (50-125 word discipline); personalization must connect to the problem (if removing the opener leaves the email intact, the personalization isn't working); "you/your" should dominate "I/we"; one low-friction ask. It rejects AI-tell patterns ("I hope this email finds you well," "leverage," "synergy," "best-in-class," "circle back") and fake "Re:/Fwd:" subject lines.

When to use it

For SDR / sales-development outbound, prospecting campaigns, the "nobody's replying to my emails" problem, timed touches off a funding/hiring/news trigger, or designing a multi-touch follow-up sequence. Not for warm/lifecycle nurture (use the emails skill); the upstream step for building the prospect list is prospecting.

Proven structural shapes: Observation → Problem → Proof → Ask, Question → Value → Ask, Trigger → Insight → Ask, Story → Bridge → Ask — pick what fits or write freeform. Subject lines: 2-4 words, lowercase, internal-looking, no product pitch. Audience calibration: C-suite ultra-brief peer-level, mid-level more specific value, technical precise and fluff-free. Sequences: 3-5 emails, increasing gaps (3-7-7 cadence), angle rotation, an honored breakup. Personalization graded on a 4-level system. Every output passes a quality gate: "read it aloud — does a human sound like that? Would you reply?"
