What it does
From a product/RFQ plus a target buyer it generates a culture-aware, compliant, sendable multilingual cold outreach sequence — not a single generic template but a market-specific 4-touch series. The flow chains 6 industry-standard frameworks. First the buyer is qualified with BANT (Budget-Authority-Need-Timing) and receives a RICE-like weighted ICP-Fit score (0-100); below the threshold (<40) no sequence is written and qualification is requested. Then Hofstede's cultural dimensions + Hall's high/low-context theory fix the country's directness, formality/title, uncertainty-avoidance and relationship-first vs business-first profile — this profile drives the opening line, CTA firmness, body length and salutation.
The copy backbone is AIDA + PAS + 4U: the first touch is PAS (Problem-Agitate-Solve), follow-ups are an AIDA "Desire" layer; subject lines use 4U (Useful-Urgent-Unique-Ultra-specific), stay ≤50 characters, and every email has a single CTA. It does transcreation, not translation; each language output passes an MQM (Multidimensional Quality Metrics)-lite rubric — Accuracy, Terminology and Locale-convention errors (Incoterm "FOB Mersin", currency/date format) count as critical.
