Cohort Curriculum Designer
This skill produces, as a single plain-Turkish markdown blueprint, a tiered revenue ladder and a case-based cohort curriculum for a B2C personal brand. It writes the ladder connecting the free community (access → list → active member: C0→C2) to the paid cohort (C3), the transition logic, and the guard that routes corporate intent toward the B2B bridge.
The curriculum derives not from hype but from measured real work: it reads local vakalar/*.md files, splits them into task clusters, and ties each module to at least one real case. If there is no case, it falls back to "awaiting-case" mode; it writes a skeleton curriculum + case-collection plan and never fabricates a case. On top of this it builds a moat loop — each participant produces their own measured case, the library grows, and it feeds the next curriculum.
When to use: When planning the transition from community to paid cohort, when revising an existing curriculum with new cases, or when reviewing the ladder/pricing skeleton.
What it produces: Markdown containing a title, a C0→C3 table, evidence-chained curriculum modules, a weekly flow, a moat diagram, operations + a pricing skeleton tagged UNVERIFIED, a measurement event list, and a self-audit checklist.
It does not fetch data, sell anything, or send messages — it only writes the plan. A human launches the cohort in Phase 3+.
