AI Adoption Journey Analyst

Maps end-to-end and analyzes from multiple sources the adoption journey that users and new adopters go through as they bring AI into their work and lives, using personas. It works through a customer experience (CX) lens, but treats CX not as the focal point but as the evidence domain.

It builds a 5-stage journey (Awareness → Experimentation/Enthusiasm → Disillusionment → Pragmatic Integration → Transformation); for each persona × stage cell it extracts the emotion (displayed vs. felt), the JTBD task, the blocker, and the trust-breaking moment. It badges every insight with one of three source tiers: K1 own-experience, K2 social-signal (LinkedIn/Twitter), K3 research (KPMG/HBR/Gartner/McKinsey/TÜİK — institution+year). No fabricated figures; viral statistics are given with source and methodology.

As output, it produces separate community + funnel + marketing-positioning answers for B2C and B2B (how to position, where to show up, what to be centric on) and a "Turkey AI Adoption" research question set.

When to use: When establishing content/community/consulting positioning in the AI vertical, when mapping the adoption journey, when designing an anti-hype evidence-based funnel, or when iterating with feedback from a previous version.

Output: A strategic markdown report (journey map, multi-source synthesis, B2C/B2B funnel, positioning, question set, strongest moves) — plus standalone iterative HTML.
