What it does
The Ad Creative Generator works like a performance-creative strategist to produce ad copy that clicks and converts at scale. The core logic isn't writing one headline — it's first establishing 3-5 distinct angles, because Google RSA headlines combine randomly and different audience motivations need separate hooks. It uses 8 proven angle categories: pain point, outcome, social proof, curiosity gap, comparison, urgency, identity, and contrarian. For each angle it varies word choice, specificity (numbers vs. general claims), tone (question / command / statement), and structure (short punch vs. full benefit statement).
Every produced piece is validated against platform specs: RSA headline 30 / description 90 chars, Meta primary text 125 visible chars (hook front-loaded), LinkedIn 150 intro / 70 headline, TikTok 80, X 280. Anything over limit is flagged with a trimmed alternative. For bulk runs (10+ variations) it offers a direct-upload CSV format.
Two modes: (1) Generate-from-scratch — a full set from product context + audience insight + platform best practice; (2) Iterate-from-data — when CTR/CVR/ROAS data arrives, it mines winning theme/structure/word patterns, doubles down with fresh phrasing, retires losing patterns, and tests 1-2 new angles. Each iteration is documented in a log (what was retired, what's being tested).

- Building a headline/description/primary-text set from scratch for a new campaign
- Filling RSA's 15 headlines + 4 descriptions under the "must make sense alone and combined" rule
- Refreshing fatigued ads by deriving new variations from performance data
- Bulk-producing 100+ variations per cycle (wave 1 core angles, wave 2 winner expansion, wave 3 wild-card)
- Assembling a clean, spec-compliant creative inventory to feed into A/B tests
Method / frameworks
- Angle-first creative — Define 3-5 motivation angles before writing; vary the angle, not just the words.
- 8-angle taxonomy — Pain / Outcome / Social proof / Curiosity / Comparison / Urgency / Identity / Contrarian.
- Spec-validation gate — Every piece checked against platform char limits; over-limit trimmed.
- Winner/loser pattern mining — On iteration, mine theme, structure, word, and char-utilization patterns from top vs. bottom performers.
- Wave-based bulk generation — Anthropic growth-team model: core → expansion → wild-card.
- RSA pinning discipline — Pin only when necessary; partial pinning + sentence-case headlines (markedly lower CPA than title-case in field data) preferred. Quality standards: specific > vague, benefit > feature, active voice, use numbers.
