About the skill

What it does

Kills the most expensive mistake in content — "filming the wrong video" — before the camera ever rolls. It first gathers and synthesizes scattered raw signal (podcast transcripts, meeting notes, sales-call objections, a competitive channel scan), then generates 20-30 pillar-aligned ideas across long-form, Shorts, and articles. Each idea carries a hook-driven title, angle, format, the pillar it serves, and the source signal that inspired it, and is deduped against the last 30 days of output.

The core is a 7-expert panel that scores every idea 0-100 across seven lenses: Viral Hook (curiosity gap, scroll-stop), Algorithm (CTR, watch time, search demand), Brand Strategist (pillar fit, founder authenticity), B2B Buyer (would a CMO/VP watch and buy), Differentiation (is anyone else making this), Short-form (does it clip into 3+ viral Shorts), and Debate/Engagement (comments, shares, disagreement). Ideas averaging 85+ pass; the rest are killed brutally with no grade inflation — generic ideas score under 70 on Differentiation, receipt-free ideas under 75 on Brand.

When to use it

Building a weekly/monthly content menu, ruthlessly filtering a pile of 30 ideas, hunting competitive gaps you can own with unique data, or distributing a production calendar across four weeks by effort × impact.

Method / frameworks

Multi-rater panel scoring with a fixed 85+ pass threshold. The two dominant YouTube ranking signals — CTR and watch time — get their own dedicated expert lenses; the hook lens uses the curiosity-gap / promise-proof-path formula. Idea generation is disciplined by content pillars, and scheduling uses a classic effort × impact matrix. The kill list closes the loop by attributing each failure to a single killer dimension.

How do I use this skill?

You don't "run" a skill — after installing it you just tell the agent your task (e.g. ask for the relevant job), and the skill kicks in by itself when its description matches.

Upload the content-eval.zip you downloaded as-is — no packaging needed, the format is already correct (folder at root).

  1. Open Settings → Customize → Skills
  2. Upload → select the content-eval.zip you downloaded
  3. Claude reads SKILL.md; the name + description appear. Ready ✅
